Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen have had their share of slip ups, but now Charlie wants to help his "Scary Movie 5" costar get back on track.
"I have a kinship with somebody who clearly needs a mentor," Sheen told TMZ on Sunday. "She can continue to hang out with her dress-shredding club buddies, or turn to me for some advice from a guy who's been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey."
LiLo apparently isn't too keen on his offer, so here are 3 other celebs who would make great mentors.
+ Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen dealt with a lot of negative press in the late 90s after she came out, and could help Lindsay deal with the pressures of negative media and cyber bullying. Plus, we all know about Lindsay's brief but complicated romance with DJ Samantha Ronson. Sam DJs, Ellen dances -- I dunno, something tells me LiLo would have no prob listening to her.
+ Mario Lopez
Much like I always work out harder when there are hot guys at the gym, I would be way more willing to change my life for the better if my mentor were someone like Mario Lopez. As a supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Mario knows all about the importance of mentors and of giving kids a fun, safe place to hang after school. Lilo could definitely use a few healthy party alternatives. Maybe Mario could hook her up with a gig on "Dancing With The Stars"?
+ Drew Barrymore
Drew Barrymore started acting before she could walk, and had been to rehab twice before she could drive. But girl got her ish together, and went on to start her own successful production company, Flower Films. Drew would be a great mentor to Lindsay, as she knows all about the pressures of being a child actor and the pains of addiction…and I think they use the same red hair dye.
Are you as anxious for a LiLo comeback as I am? I refuse to give up on the woman who gave us such classics as "The Parent Trap" and "Mean Girls"! Who do you think should help? Take the poll below.
