All this Republican revelry got us fired up, so we collected the finest GOP guys AND matched 'em up with their celeb lookalikes! Basically, it's like we're casting "The Expendables 3" for the Republican Party, but instead of loading the babe boat with every action actor ever, we're picking Hollywood hunks who are totes twinsies with these smokin' hot politicos who look good in all the right ways. (Get it?!)

The men of #RNC2012 certainly kept it interesting  -- did y'all catch Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood talking smack to "Invisible Obama" before Mitt Romney's big speech last night? Or Veep pick Paul Ryan going H.A.M. for the GOP? But just because the convention's ovah doesn't mean the conservative eye candy has to stop, so start scrolling and get ready to crush hard...

Austin Laufersweiler is a 21-year-old student starting his third year at the University of Georgia, majoring in Political Science and Communication Studies. He is deeply involved with multiple organizations on campus, and is on the Youth Advisory Board for the Born This Way Foundation.  Here are 5 things Austin shared with us about his recent trip to LA for a summit with his Board!

The people. Never in my life have I been so inspired and motivated by a group of young people. Their kindness, courage, and determination makes them the perfect ambassadors of the Born Brave Nation, and I could not be more honored to stand beside them.

The stories. Resilience is a powerful thing, and everyone at the Born This Way Foundation is here to prove it. The members of the Youth Advisory Board, the staff of the Born This Way Foundation, and even Lady Gaga and her mother have lived the experiences that the Born Brave Nation aims to address. Hearing the stories that formed the vision of the Foundation affirms my passion for a kinder, braver world.

Los Angeles. Having been to LA once before, I had high expectations for the summit. However, those expectations were shattered. We were treated to delicious food, a fantastic hotel, and free range of the city in our free time (not to mention, the weather was outstanding).

The mission. Upon my acceptance onto the Youth Advisory Board, I understood and felt strongly about the mission of the Foundation. Regardless, I was uncertain as to its feasibility. As I sat on the plan ride home, I realized how greatly my perception had changed. I have never been so excited and determined to make a vision into reality.

Cynthia Germanotta. Her daughter has been an inspiration to me for years, and I now understand where she gets it from. My first conversation with Cynthia occurred at the desert table, and we bonded over tarts. Initially starstruck, I was unsure as to how I should act around her. I quickly learned that she had every intention of being genuine, and that I should do the same. She personally invested in each of us, and demonstrated her ability as a leader, visionary, and businesswoman—far beyond just the mother of an international superstar. I can say, without a doubt, there is no better person to lead and guide the important work of this foundation.

Place in Bond History: "For Your Eyes Only" marked the first film in the series to not feature Bernard Lee as M, who died the year of its release. The movie was also a conscious attempt to literally and figurative bring the franchise back down to Earth. After the smashing success of "Moonraker," "For Your Eyes Only" kept the plot and its implications fairly simple. Bond isn't trying to save the world; he's just trying to keep a piece of Western technology out of Soviet hands.

Review: "For Your Eyes Only" does us all the favor of leaving the zero gravity gun fights of "Moonraker" in the past, but this much more grounded Bond tale fails to inject any flavor or life to compensate for the refreshingly straight-forward narrative. The little color we do get comes in the form of a repetitious parrot as a plot point and a bizarre cameo by Margaret Thatcher. (It's not actually her.)

The Olympic village setting does, however, allow for some more creative stunt sequences including a signature Bond ski chase down a bobsled track. Caroel Bouquet's Melina gets more motivation and self-device skills than a typical Bond girl, but her near-deadpan performance leaves your memory as quickly as an arrow shot from her crossbow.

With every Roger Moore Bond film that we take in for the Bond-a-Thond, the sweet release of Timothy Dalton draws closer and closer, and we're looking forward to it. Yeah, we're a little desperate.

The Bond-a-Thond will return next week in "Octopussy."

Ever since the 2007 release of "Atonement," we've been dying to see Keira Knightley and director Joe Wright work together again. The two have teamed up on both that film and "Pride & Prejudice," but it's their next project that looks like it will really take their partnership to the next level.

As part of our Fall Movie Preview Week, we can present to you an exclusive new look at Knightley and Wright's adaptation of "Anna Karenina." Considering the way in which Leo Tolstoy's eponymous novel plays out, we doubt main characters Anna Karenina (Knightley) and Vronsky (Aaron Johnson) will look this happy for much longer. So enjoy those smiles while you can, fans of Knightey and Wright, because the story is likely to get much more somber soon after this.

What's most interesting about this image is the fact that it takes place outside of the "theatrical" setting that most of Wright's film takes place in. Wright shot the majority of the film on location in a dilapidated theater, which explains why the trailer kept returning to that setting. Wright described this connection in a recent featurette as being a metaphor of the way "the Russian aristocracy of the 19th century could be described as living on a stage."

Based on Tolstoy's novel of the same name, "Anna Karenina" follows the title character through her love affair with an army officer, all set against the backdrop of 19th century Russia. Knightley plays Anna, Jude Law portrays her husband Alexei Karenin and Johnson her lover Vronsky. "Anna Karenina" is due in US theaters on November 9.

With Fall Movie Preview Week winding to a close, we'd like to introduce you to one of the quirkier movies on our list: "This Must Be The Place."

The Sean Penn film first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2011, but is only now getting a wide release thanks to The Weinstein Company. And, yes, that is Penn that you see in the above exclusive image we have from the film. He plays an aging rocker named Cheyenne who, after his estranged father passes away, goes on a journey to fulfill his dad's lifelong dream: to find the Nazi who tormented him during the Holocaust. As you can likely expect, this is a side of Penn that we've never seen before.

Also new is the theatrical trailer for "This Must Be The Place," which gives you a better idea of how Penn works in such a different role. His soft-spoken, big-haired Cheyenne is definitely a new character for him, but it sounds like Penn excels at the challenge based on the buzz we've heard about this movie.

From the looks of things, many strange events occur along Cheyenne's journey. He summarizes the premise of the flick best in the trailer when he says, "A lot of unusual things have been happening to me lately."

"This Must Be The Place" will arrive in theaters on November 2. In addition to Penn, the film stars Frances McDormand, Henry Dean Stanton and Judd Hirsch.

*SPOILER ALERT* Nelly Furtado and K'NAAN are totally going to win Best Video With A Message at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. OK, FINE, I don't actually know if they'll win a shiny Moonman for their epic video "Is Anybody Out There," but I sure as hell want them to!

On the heels of her Spirit Indestructible release, my girl Nelly Furtado isn't just this year's contender with a message, she's seriously an all-around artist with a message. Since her debut album, Whoa, Nelly!, the Canadian songstress has released countless tracks about following your passion ("Forca"), showing naysayers what's up ("Spirit Indestructible"), and speaking up against injustice ("Powerless"). She recently told me in an interview,  "The first time I got on the stage I was four, and I got out there and I did a duet with my mom. And what I remember the most is I felt like I made everybody smile, you know, I recognized that I was spreading positive energy and it just stuck in my head that I just wanted to share that energy, I think it's important."

And now Nelly's sharing positive energy beyond the airwaves. The singer recently spent time in Kenya where she teamed up with the non-profit Free The Children to raise money to build children's schools in the country. "I felt this community joy for the first time [in Kenya]" she told me. "I felt like I really had a bigger purpose, you know, and it just inspired me to make an album that I could connect all that energy with." Her new album hears African children singing on its deluxe version and has even spawned tanks with "Spirit Indestructible" emblazoned across the front; with each sale, another a Kenyan school is subsidized.

Hurricane Isaac recently devastated Haiti, and we all remember too well the awful earthquake the country suffered through in 2010. Haiti is dealing with many difficult and challenging issues, but a change for the better can be made, and Olivia Wilde knows one way you can help.

Her link takes you to the site for Artists for Peace and Justice. The short video is quite inspiring -- it shows a smart and bright-eyed six-year-old Haitian girl named Cassandra who really looks up to her big sis. Her older sister goes to the Artists for Peace and Justice School. Cassandra explains that if it weren't for this great school, her sister wouldn't be able to continue her education.

We get to see inside the school, and hear from students who want to have careers like doctors, nurses and teachers. This free education is giving them the chance to learn and it can help alleviate the poverty cycle that many Haitians are in.

Olivia isn't just a casual Tweeter when it comes to Artists for Peace and Justice. She's part of the Board of Directors, and other big names like Penelope Cruz, AnnaLynne McCord and Nicole Kidman, to name a few, are on the Advisory Board. The mission statement explains, "The organization's immediate goal is to build schools to serve the poorest areas of Haiti, providing an education, hot meals, clean drinking water and regular medical treatments to the children living in the slums." By helping out Artists for Peace and Justice, we can hear more good news coming from Haiti, and we all want that.

Another day, another reason to be excited about "Django Unchained."

Today's reason comes courtesy of The Playlist, who has posted a brand new image from Quentin Tarantino's latest film. In it, we see Jamie Foxx as the titular Django wearing his token green pea coat and wielding a six-shooter. What more can we ask for on the Friday before a long holiday weekend?

We're still months away from "Django Unchained" hitting theaters, but it's definitely one of our top movies of the year. Everything we've heard about the project has given us cause for excitement, and all the trailers and photos released -- yes, even ones as spoiler-free as this -- seem to add to that. If you don't believe us, check out the most recent trailer for the project.

"Django Unchained" follows Django (Foxx) as he seeks to rescue his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) from the men who captured her. He teams up with Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a bounty hunter who enlists him to help him catch his quarry before they go on to find Django's wife. Their hunt leads them to a plantation called "Candyland," run by the delightfully villainous Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio). Based on what we know about the project, things spiral quickly out of control from that point onwards. The film is due in theaters on Christmas Day.

In the words of Colin Farrell, the new red band trailer for "Seven Psychopaths" is "f--king great."

We've been anxiously awaiting director Martin McDonagh's follow-up to his 2008 debut feature "In Bruges" seemingly since it was announced, and everything new we find out about it further cements that interest. This latest trailer teases everything we'd hoped would be in "Seven Psychopaths": fantastic writing, great comedic elements, chemistry between the cast and a whole lot of Colin Farrell. The one thing we find disappointing about this trailer is that we only meet five of the titular seven psychopaths: Farrell, Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken, Tom Waits and Woody Harrelson. Abbie Cornish and Olga Kurylenko are also two of the seven, and we didn't even get a glimpse of them in this teaser (though we did see them in the green band trailer). Hopefully their roles here aren't indicative of what they are in the full film since we're really looking forward to seeing what level of crazy they have to add to the mix.

An alcoholic screenwriter (Colin Farrell) struggling to write a serial-killer script gets more real-life inspiration than he can handle when a dognapping scheme gone awry brings a galaxy of crazies to his doorstep. A top-notch cult-movie cast — including Christopher Walken, Sam Rockwell, Woody Harrelson, Tom Waits, Harry Dean Stanton-anchors this wacky, blood-spattered commentary on the psycho-killer thriller from the writer-director of "In Bruges."

"Seven Psychopaths" opens on October 12.

One of the most entertaining aspects of "Looper," the upcoming sci-fi thriller from writer-director Rian Johnson, is watching Joseph Gordon-Levitt do his best Bruce Willis. The performance on its own may end up being one of the most interesting of the year, but where it really stands out is during scenes when both Willises share the screen.

A new clip from "Looper" over at Yahoo! Movies puts Gordon-Levitt and Willis across a diner table from each other, taking a good look at their time-traveling selves.

Two new images from behind the scenes have also popped up on the viral site for "Looper." One features Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the makeup chair. The other is a look at one of the movie's chase sequences.

Production has just begun on the last film featuring Tom Clancy's perennial hero, CIA analyst Jack Ryan, but Paramount has already released the first image of Chris Pine in the title role.

In the image, Pine rides a Ducati motorcycle down the streets of Manhattan.

The film, which Kenneth Branaugh is directing, will star Pine, Keira Knightley, Kevin Costner, and Branagh as the villain.

For those of you who follow the comings and goings of film festivals, there's a lot of buzz coming out of Venice and Toronto these days, thanks to the high profile competitions in those cities. But for those of you film enthusiasts who can't make the trek to Italy or Canada, you can satisfy your festival thirst via The Wrap's online event "The ShortList," a brand new festival that features 12 award-winning short films in competition for a prize of $60,000 in camera equipment for future projects.

The films featured in the "ShortList" competition come from some of the world's most renowned film festivals, like the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, Venice Film Festival and the LA Film Festival. MTV News was lucky enough to get some inside scoop on the new event via a chat with one of the festival's jury members, actor/producer Zachary Quinto.

"I just finished producing and starring in a short film of my own ["Dog Eat Dog"] and for me the short film medium is a really great place to be able to get to know someone's voice as a filmmaker and also to get behind your voice as a filmmaker," Quinto said. "So I'm always interested in what I see. You never know what you're going to get and it's really interesting to me. For example when you go to a short film program at a film festival it's a really diversified experience. You're getting different kinds of genres and storytelling techniques, different technical executions; I just love short films for that reason."

When asked what he's looking for in a prize-winning short, the "Star Trek" actor said that he likes to be challenged a bit as an audience member, by either complex characters or creative storytelling.

"I love to be made to participate at least a little bit in trying to bring my own perspective to a story," he said. "I tend to lean toward stories where the beginning of the story you're picking up from the middle, maybe the audience doesn't have all the information required to figure things out, I tend to like stories like that but again it's about authenticity in a lot of ways and finding and expressing that voice in a way that is engaging and dynamic. That's the baseline for me."

One of the perks of our Fall Movie Preview here at MTV News is that we get our hands on exclusive movie pics that we get to share with you, and this time it's from "Hotel Transylvania"! The photo shows Murray the Mummy (voiced by none other than the incomparable Cee-Lo Green), rocking out appropriately so, with a guitar in his hands, glowing green eyes burning bright with delight, and a joyful grin on his mouth. It sort makes us wonder what kind of supernatural hijinks they get into at the Trans.

"Hotel Transylvania," produced by Adam Sandler and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky ("Samurai Jack," "Dexter's Laboratory," "The Powerpuff Girls") tells the story of Dracula, voiced by Adam Sandler, as the owner and operator of a no-tell, ho-tel that caters to an exclusive clientele. Basically, anything that you ever thought was under your bed or hiding in your closet gets the five-star treatment at Drac's place.

Besides being an enterprising businessman, he's also a devoted and overly protective father to a spirited 118 year old Mavis (Selena Gomez), who starting to feel old fast at her father's place. One night, a curious and clumsy human named Wayne (Andy Samberg) stumbles onto the castle and its love at first sight for him and Mavis which drives daddy Dracula to do everything possible to keep them apart.

Oh, by the way, humans get the big unwelcome mat at Dracula's. Also joining in on the fun is an all-star cast of ghouls, beasts, and goblins which includes Kevin James, Steve Buscemi, David Spade, Fran Drescher, Molly Shannon and Jon Lovitz.

Be sure to catch Hotel Transylvania when it checks into theaters on September 28th.

In case you needed any more proof that Liam Neeson is going to be a badass in "Taken 2," here are a whole batch of new pictures from the upcoming sequel to the 2008 hit thriller.

The images come courtesy of Kinopoisk (via Collider) and give us an idea of what we can expect from Neeson's character Bryan Mills in the movie. In the stills, we see Mills holding a gun with one hand. We see him holding a gun with both hands. We see him jogging with a gun. We see him locked in hand-to-hand combat while still holding the same gun. If Mills could keep track of his family as easily as he can his weapon of choice, the "Taken" movies would be a lot less interesting.

Fortunately the images also show that Neeson's costars Maggie Grace and Famke Janssen have some excitement in store for them in "Taken 2." They aren't doing anything different in these pictures than they were in the movie's trailers, though, which means Grace is running a lot and Janssen looks very concerned.

Neeson reprises his role as Mills in "Taken 2," but the new movie spins the franchise's premise on its head when this time it's his daughter Kim who needs to save her father and mother from Albanian kidnappers. These criminals are the parents of the many men Mills brutally murdered for kidnapping his daughter in the first "Taken," so they certainly have a good reason for their actions.

"The action is supposed to take place about a year or a year and a half after the first story. It's a very clever sequel with the usual thrills and spills, but the ante is upped quite a bit in this one," Neeson said in a recent interview. "They kidnap him to humiliate him, torture him, and ultimately bring him back to the village in Albania where the boys from the original film came from. With the help of my daughter... she wants to help me escape from where these bad guys have me."

"Taken 2" hits theaters on October 3.

Never has plagiarism been so...hot.

"The Words," which made its debut earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival, stars Bradley Cooper as a frustrated writer who stumbles upon a long-lost manuscript and publishes it as his own, earning raves as the literary world's next big thing. And, as part of our continuing, week-long look at the movies we're excited about this fall, MTV News had gotten its hand on an exclusive clip from the literary thriller.

Warning: You might need to use the nearest novel to fan yourself off.

The beautiful Zoe Saldana plays Cooper's love interest in the film, and let's just say she's more distraction than muse as the writer attempts to put the finishing touches on "his" manuscript. (But really, who could blame her? Or him?)

The news is full of upsetting pictures about the devastation Isaac is bringing to the Gulf Coast. While it's not as catastrophic as Katrina exactly seven years ago, there's still a lot of damage -- here's a list of ways you can help.

+ Donate to the Red Cross!

The Red Cross has sent about 2,500 people to the affected region to help out. If you want to donate to the Red Cross, there are a few ways to do it. You can pop over to their website, or you can also call 1-800-RED CROSS or text "REDCROSS" to 90999. That text will automatically donate $10, and charged to your cell phone bill.

+ Register with the Red Cross

With all the chaos going on, it can be hard to know where people are in the affected areas. If you're in a place affected by Isaac and are able to, please register yourself as "Safe and Well" at the Red Cross. Then friends and family will know you're all right. If you have friends and family being affected by Isaac, you might be able to find them here.

+ Donate to Habitat for Humanity!

After Isaac passes, some rebuilding will have to be done. Habitat for Humanity is already gearing itself to help out in the rebuilding efforts. Check out Habitat's website and make a donation.

+ Help Americares

Americares, a humanitarian and disaster relief org, is delivering emergency kits to those who need it. Like the other orgs, Americares is taking donations. You might also call their number at (800) 486-4357 to see if there might be any volunteer work you could do that involves Isaac.

+ Give Support on Twitter

If you're going to be on Twitter today (c'mon, you know you are), you can Tweet your support. The hashtag #Isaac is big now, and this way you'll let everyone affected know that they're in your thoughts. Be sure to include a link to this post -- so others can help, too!
