Miley Cyrus wanted to do something special in celebration of her first Rolling Stone cover, so obvi, she got a tattoo. The singer now has "Rolling $tone" inked onto the bottoms of her feet, but we thought of some other pretty cool options for her soles.

+ F**K Cancer

F**k Cancer is all about saving lives by educating people about how to cure and, most importantly, prevent cancer. Miley is all "f*ck errrrythang" these days, and we're sure cancer is on her F-list. 90% of cancer is curable in stage one, and if we all work together to research and cure it, so many lives will be saved.

+ IYSL

It's Miley's party, and she can do what she wants to. It's also your (sex) life, and you can do what you want to. Or, in some cases, don't want to. It's Your (Sex) Life is all about educating young people about their rights when it comes to sex. It is your right and your responsibility to ask your partner to get tested before you do what Miley did to that "Wrecking Ball."

+ Spirit Day

It may sound like it, but Spirit Day isn't some lame cheerleader's holiday. (Totes reminiscing about "Bring It On" right now.) Every October 17th, people around the world take a stand against bullying and celebrate LGBTQ youth by wearing purple -- the color that symbolizes "spirit" on the rainbow flag. Miley is a longtime supporter of the LGBTQ community and has been showing a lot of...erm..."spirit" (interpret as you wish) lately, so we're sure she'd be down to rep the occasion on her tootsies.

+ Save Giant (Non-Teddy) Bears

Miley's all about giant stuffed bears, so no doubt she's into saving giant pandas with the World Wildlife Fund. There are fewer than 1,600 pandas left in the world, and it's pretty much all our faults. (It's not like giant pandas have any natural predators!) What do ya say, Miley? Twerk for the pandas? And since Miley's new BFF Boo Bear looks more like a brown bear, she may as well save those too.

If you're thinking of getting a tat, ya better think hard! Remember: Tattoos are forever, so you might as well get something that counts!
