Multi-platinum recording artist, Avril Lavigne, has much to celebrate these days! Her fifth studio album on the way, as well as an upcoming birthday this month!

The lovely Libra is continuing her philanthropic birthday tradition by teaming up with Prizeo, a celebrity digital fundraising platform.

Today begins the launch of the campaign, which is going to benefit her personal foundation the Avril Lavigne Foundation. Her charity focuses on helping children living with serious illnesses!  One lucky fan who donates to the campaign will get to win a VIP trip to the red carpet album release party! "Last year for my birthday my fans were so supportive and I really wanted to come up with more fun ways for them to be part of the Avril Lavigne Foundation. I'm so excited about what we have planned for this year," said Avril Lavigne. "Not only will they be able to get involved by donating, but also by sharing with their friends through social media."

Along with the VIP trip, their will be other prizes handed out to those who donate. For example, the top 10 who raise the most funds by sharing the campaign with their friends will receive an Avril swag bag. Where as the top 3 get their named "autographed" onto Avril's arm and a photo taken to prove it, while the top spot will receive autographed Converse shoes.

We have no doubt this Prizeo campaign will raise a massive amount of money for a brilliant cause. I mean, Liam Payne raised over $800,000 for his Prizio cancer research campaign! What are you waiting for? Go get your bid on!
