+ Vinny Guadagnino Can "Control The Crazy"
Vinny Guadagnino's "Control the Crazy: My Plan to Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool" is all about overcoming anxiety, from which he suffers. "I was happy to shed light on it," he said of the book. "Sometimes you feel like this and you're like, 'What the hell is wrong with me?' The main message here is that I've overcome this. I'm not really an anxious person 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I go through [it] sometimes and I use what I learn to overcome it." 'Cause GTL can't fix everything!
+ Mindy Kaling Wonders "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns)"
In her book, T.V. writer and actress Mindy Kaling asks a question we've all posed to ourselves before: "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?" This hilarious yet inspiring collection of essays documents an array Mindy's struggles and triumphs over the years -- from growing up in an immigrant family, to her stint as a Ben Affleck impersonator, to learning to accept her body while longing to be accepted by boys. Check it out if you're in need of a little motivation and a whole lotta LOLs. She did write for "The Office," after all.
+ Jane Lynch Welcomes "Happy Accidents"
"Glee" boss lady Jane Lynch knows all about "Happy Accidents." For example, do you know how she got her gig hosting the Emmys? She happened to be on the same flight as Emmy producer Mark Burnett, and obvi charmed the pants off of him. Well, not exactly off of him, because the book also discusses Jane realizing she was lesbian at a very young age, and how she came to accept it. The 53-year-old actress also opens up about overcoming alcoholism way back in '91. Although her life hasn't entirely been filled with "Glee," Jane takes everything in stride and her book encourages readers to do the same.
