Trekkies, we know you're stoked for the highly anticipated "Star Trek Into Darkness" but we got another reason to heart Captain Kirk and Commander Spock! Chris Pine is gracing the June/July cover of Out and talked about supporting his costar Zachary Quinto when he came out.

Pine said that he was "so happy for" Quinto when he came out, and that he loved that he "did it on his own time, on his own schedule." The actor also voiced his approval of Quinto's ADORABLE boyfriend, Jonathon Groff, saying he thinks the two make "a fantastic couple." Um, who can refute that?

Pine also talked about why it's important to respect your friend's privacy. He said he was "sensitive" to Quinto's situation, and that he didn't "ever want to make anyone feel uncomfortable." For Pine, it was all about letting his friend and costar come out on his own time.
