Zach Sobiech is dying. The 17-year-old musician has osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, and he has been given weeks to live. To say goodbye, Sobiech wrote a incredibly touching song called "Clouds." Thanks to SoulPancake, Rainn Wilson's media company, a group of celebrities have come together to sing his song as a tribute to him.

After a brief introduction, Bryan Cranston appears and says, "Zach, such a beautiful song. This is for you." Musicians Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat, Sara Bareilles, The Lumineers, and Tyler Hilton all make an appearance, happy to sing Sobiech's song for him. Wilson also brought in some of his "The Office" costars, as well as Ashley Tisdale, Rachel Bilson, Sarah Silverman, to take part in the video. The video closes on Mraz, who thanks Zach by telling him, "You've written a great song, dude. It's a real pleasure to sing it and sing it with you."
