Britney Spears looks fab in a white bikini on this June's cover of Shape magazine, and what better place to flaunt her hot bod than in Las Vegas?! Inside the mag, Brit confirms her rumored Vegas residency, slated for this fall.
"The performances won't be simple," says Brit. "They'll be a massive party from start to finish." Although "massive party" is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Vegas, the city has a lot more to offer than just penny slots and jello shots. Here's how you can be a saint in sin city.
+ Nevada SPCA
People usually go to Vegas to see a verrrry different kind of puppies, but if you're lookin' for the furry variety, the Nevada SPCA is the place to be. (Either that, or a super creepy, members only, Chewbacca-themed strip club.) The SPCA is a no-kill shelter, meaning that even those of its 800 rescue animals that don't get adopted have a home "Til The World Ends."
+ Three Square Food Bank
$20 dollar cocktails may be the norm in Vegas, but every dollar donated to the Three Square Food Bank provides three meals to people in need. Three square gives food to over 600 partner programs in Southern Nevada, including soup kitchens, homeless shelters, after-school programs, and more. Give because you can; give because you care; give because it's pretty much the only thing you can do in Vegas for a dollar.
+ Habitat For Humanity
I know it's hard to believe, but Vegas is more than just a few-mile strip of hotels. Build houses with the Vegas branch of Habitat For Humanity to make a difference off the strip. If I do construction work in a sequined dress, will you "Hold It Against Me"?
+ Party Responsibly
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...unless what happens is herpes. Avoid bringing anything back from Vegas -- whether its an STD or just a nasty hangover -- by knowing your limits and partying responsibly. You may not be able to win back the money you lost at the casino, but you can win back your dignity!
