Taylor Swift really is America's sweetheart. The 23-year-old superstar recently took the time out of her "Red" tour to visit with patients at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. And that's not all!

 Taylor's visit was arranged by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is home to Seacrest Studios -- a place where young patients can DJ their favorite songs, conduct interviews, and do other things to help the time pass while they're in treatment. Taylor's such a good samaritan that she chose not to Tweet about her good deed. It was actually Seacrest who broke the news. He tweeted:

The hospital visit wasn't Taylor's only giving moment while in the City of Brotherly Love. The singer also met with 11-year-old Leukemia patient Aimee Hurlock. Aimee emulated Taylor's signature cherry red lip gloss for her backstage encounter at Philly's Lincoln Financial Field. "She told me 'Your lipstick looks good on you,'" the happy fan revealed. "She was really pretty and I was starstruck." To top it all off, Taylor reportedly left a $500 tip after dining with Ed Sheeran and friends at local Italian restaurant, Ralph's. Yep. She's perfect.
