We've watched Farrah Abraham transform from a worried teenager into a confident young mother on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom," but now she is letting us further into her life with a tell-all book, "My Teenage Dream Ended."

In it, Farrah shares all of the honest details of her life as a teen mom -- from her initial reactions to her pregnancy, to the tragic loss of her daughter's father Derek.

According to The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, 77 percent of "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom" viewers age 12-19 say the shows "help teens better understand the challenges of pregnancy and parenting." "My Teenage Dream Ended" will give teens an even closer look at the realities of teen pregnancy and parenting.
