Lady Gaga does more than sing songs -- she inspires her fans to create a new world where individuality is in and bullying is out. And when she sees she's making people's lives better, it's enough to bring tears to her eyes.

The vid she watched is only about eight minutes long, but it packs a wallop. People are asked how Lady Gaga has impacted their lives and they have plenty to say.

"We're all different, but we all want what you want: peace and love and unity," one person says to Lady Gaga.

"Thank you so much for making a place where everyone can be who they are," another person adds, a collage of Gaga posters seen behind her.

"You saved me," one person says succinctly, also with Gaga posters behind him.

"You are the real reason my friend came out of the closet," one girl reveals.

"The record Born This Way was on repeat in my car and it's honestly the only thing that stopped me from driving off the road," says another Little Monster. "I know I can speak for millions of people when I say that you're the reason that we're strong."

For millions of Little Monsters, Mama Monster has made a world of difference in their lives. It's let them know it's okay to be unique, it's okay to be yourself. Lady Gaga said that this vid brought tears to her eyes, but many of her Little Monsters have gotten tears in their eyes listening to Gaga's message of love and understanding.
