Yesterday was a day to celebrate all the mothers, moms and mommies out there, and Twitter was lit up with some Mother's Day Love. Celebs were definitely taking part in this Mother's Day Tweetfest, including Justin Timberlake, Mandy Moore and Olivia Wilde.
Like a few million other people, JT used the 140 characters to give a big digital "I Love You" to his mom. He also honored all the other moms out there:
I'm a Mother Lover... Happy Mom's Day to all you Mothers out there!!! I love you Mom!

Mandy Moore, thinking about all the mothers still in mourning for their kids lost at Sandy Hook, was aware this holiday could be a painful day for them. So she signed a card to the moms of Sandy Hook and shared on Twitter:
Just signed @sandyhook's card supporting Moms of #GunViolence victims on #MothersDay. You can too. bit.ly/YIcTBb

The card reads: "We mourn your loss and promise to do all we can to prevent tragedies like this from happening ever again." Even though Mother's Day was yesterday, you can still join Mandy and many others by signing it.
Olivia Wilde, like Mandy, knew Mother's Day is a great opportunity to not only honor your own mom, but spread love and kindness to other moms. According to Olivia, the best Mother's Day gift isn't breakfast in bed or a homemade card -- it's helping others in your mom's name. She Tweeted:
Best Mothers Day gift idea : samahope.org/honoryourmom/#…

Samahope is an org that pays for medical treatments when people can't afford it themselves. For Mother's Day, you can give a donation in your mom's name and know that the money goes to help other moms get the medical help they need and deserve.
By signing the card, donating, and just saying "I love you" to your mom, you can make the holiday extra special this year.
