We are now outrageously close to the premiere of a whole new season of "Arrested Development" on Netflix. As you prepare to binge watch all 15 episodes in one sitting, more sneak peeks have popped up online as the stars promote the new episodes.

Portia De Rossi stopped by Jimmy Fallon last night to talk about "Arrested Development" and share a clip from the new season it. In it, we see Ed Helms return as the real estate agent who Lindsay tried to seduce in the show's original run. Based on this clip and the preview we saw earlier in the week, thing are looking good for the Bluths.

The new season of "Arrested Development" goes live on Netflix on May 26.
