Before she was Blue Ivy's mom, before she was Mrs. Carter, Beyoncé was just a girl who was "Crazy in Love." Can you believe the singer's smash debut single dropped ten years ago?! Even though so much has changed in the past decade, one thing remains the same: Beyoncé is the girl with the big dreams and bigger heart.
The singer might be known for having been "Crazy in Love" a decade ago, but she is still obsessed with her favorite causes. To celebrate the single's 10 year anniversary, here are five things Beyoncé is totally crazy 10 years later:
+ Assisting Survivors
Beyoncé didn't dominate the music world without surviving some hard times of her own, so it's no surprise she'd want to give back to other survivors. The singer created the Survivor Foundation to "assist families and individuals whose lives have been affected by disasters, natural or otherwise, and have been displaced." The organization also works to support those suffering from HIV/AIDS and homelessness. In the past few years, the Survivor Foundation has donated more than $2.5 million to the Houston area alone!
+ Reducing Gun Violence
In the US, 34 people die from gun violence every single day. Beyoncé, along with celebs like Jessica Alba and Selena Gomez, took a stand and urged Congress and President Obama to Demand A Plan to reduce gun violence in our country. + Feeding Hungry Americans

You know who else Queen Bey loves? Humanitarians. The singer recorded the anthem for the United Nation's World Humanitarian Day last year, so we're pretty confident when we say Beyoncé is crazy about people who give back. She even turned the UN into her music video set where she filmed the video for "I Was Here." You don't have to risk your life for Beyoncé to be one of your biggest fans, though -- all you have to do is give back in whatever way you can.
+ Helping Women Around the World
Who run the world? If you know Bey, you know the answer is obvious: girls. Beyoncé will headline the Sound of Change concert in London on June 1, where she'll be joined by the likes of JLo, Florence + The Machine, and Ellie Goulding. The proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to an organization that supports education, health, and justice initiatives for girls and women around the world.
