Justin Timberlake is taking back the music industry with his new single "Take Back The Night" -- a disco-twerkin' hybrid off of his forthcoming 20/20 Experience Part 2 of 2 album. Do a little chair dance while you stream the track, then check out how to make sure you don't wake up wanting to give the whole night a do-over.
+ Don't Post Pictures You'll Regret Tomorrow
If a tree falls in the woods and nobody's there to Instagram it, does it make a sound? YES. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to document every single moment of your weekend. In fact, some moments are best kept to your memory...unless you want your friends, and parents, and future employers to see you twerkin' on a handstand.
+ Pace Yourself
Know your limit and pace yourself so that you don't accidentally exceed it. Although weekend peer pressure can feel intense, it's okay to turn down another drink or round of shots. If you're feeling tipsier than you wanna be, grab a glass of water. You'll thank yourself in the morning!
+ Don't Drive Drunk
In the U.S., someone is injured in a drunk driving accident every 90 seconds. Make a ride plan with your friends before you go out. Who's driving you there? Is he or she staying sober? If not, how are you getting home? Either assign a designated driver or split a cab. Don't simply assign ride duty to the person who is the least drunk.
+ Use Protection
You may be able to take back (or at least apologize for) the silly things you said after one drink too many, but you can't reverse that hookup! If J.T.'s new song inspires a little more than just dancing, be safe about it. 1 in 2 sexually active people will get an STD by the age of 25, and many of them can't be taken back.
