Lots of celebs, including Adam Lambert and LeAnn Rimes, have been giving an F about bullying lately. It really broke our hearts to hear how O'Day's classmates tormented her and scared her enough to skip class. Because she didn't get the support she needed at home, the singer could have used an amazing friend to have her back. It's totally obvious to see why she's such a big fan of the Friend Movement and The New F Word campaign.

Like O'Day said in the video, the bullying you experience as a child "forever affects you," but it "doesn't have to be like that." If someone you know is being bullied or is facing a similar situation, be a true friend and stand by their side. Your loyalty and support will be able to get them through the tough times, and you'll never regret standing up for someone you care about.
