The weekend was full of celebration for Saint Paddy's Day, but that wasn't the only big event going on. Snooki, JWOWW and Vinny Guadagnino put the fist pumping on pause, and took to the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York City!
Snook Tweeted multiple times about the big event. Here she shows off a pic of herself and JWOWW looking glam:

A big highlight of the night was when Madonna awarded Anderson Cooper with the Vito Russo Award. Madge was dressed ironically in a Boy Scouts uniform, referencing the Scouts' anti-LGBT policy. "Most people are not comfortable with things or people that they perceive as different from themselves," she said. "And I would wager that if we just took the time to get to know one another, did our own investigation, looked beneath the surface of things, that we would find that we are not so different after all."
Afterward, an idol-struck Snooki would Tweet:
Madonna is freakin fabulous. ❤❤❤

Accepting his award, Anderson joked, "Do you know what it's like trying to be the followup act to Madonna?" But then he went on to thank Madonna for her support of LGBT people during her whole career, and listed off some heroes in the LGBT rights movement who allowed him to stand there.
Even though he said he wasn't worthy of the award, Snooki Tweeted:
Anderson Cooper is my hero. #glaadawards

You can't argue with Snooks on this one. He is a hero!
