Y'all thought it was Selena, but Justin Bieber's real girl is 11-year-old Briana Tejeda, who lost her battle to leukemia on Sunday. She met Bieber in Nashville just two months ago, after #JustinForBriana trended around the world. "Just got news about little Briana," Justin Tweeted on Monday. "I was honored to meet her. I know she is up in heaven smiling. #ripBriana #love"

According to Briana's FB page this is "the best kiss she's ever had!" (Facebook.com/JustinForBriana)

Briana was a super sweet girl and a total Belieber -- for Xmas,  she told Santa she wanted to meet JB and baked cupcakes in his honor! It's heartbreaking that she's no longer with us but we can still support her. Here are four ways to keep Briana's memory alive, and help other young people like her:

Before they met, Justin made two shoutout vids for Briana. If you weren't a Belieber yet, you betta be now! Leave a video or written message on the Justin For Briana Facebook page to send the Tejeda family your love during this tough time.

+ Stand Up To Cancer

4,490 Americans are diagnosed with cancer every single day, but Stand Up To Cancer is working overtime to change that! The organization has raised $262 million since its inception in 2008. Celebrity supporters include Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, and Alicia Keys, and 100% of public funds go straight towards "innovative cancer research that will get new therapies to patients and save lives now." The org has supported Beliebers in the past too, like the lovely Avalanna Routh aka Mrs. Bieber.

One young person is diagnosed with cancer every eight minutes…and that's just plain stupid! Stupid Cancer is a nonprofit organization and support system for young people living with cancer. Every year, they host the OMG! Cancer Summit -- "the largest gathering of young adult patients, survivors, caregivers, professionals, and advocates in the world."
