Our hearts go out to Colorado right now, where it's unknown how many people have died in horrible floods and a reported 1,253 are unaccounted for. Jessica Biel might be known as a Hollywood actress now, but she hasn't forgotten her Colorado roots.
Jess Tweeted:
Sending love and prayers to the people of my beautiful home state of Colorado. #ColoradoFloods

CBS Denver is reporting on some ways you can help those affected by the floods:
+ Colorado Red Cross
You can donate to the Colorado Red Cross, and you can also be updated by the site of what's going on and what is still needed. If you're in Colorado, you can let everyone know you're okay by listing your status on the Safe and Well part of the site.
+ Foothills United Way
Foothills United Way has put together a special relief fund specifically to aid local people impacted by the floods. They'll also be posting info on ways to volunteer, so if you're in Colorado or want to travel there to help, you might want to keep coming back to this page.
+ Longmont Humane Society
Longmont Humane Society is helping companion animals affected by the floods. They're taking in displaced pets, supplying food, and helping with evacuations. You can help them continue their efforts by donating.
+ Bonfils Blood Center
If you're in Colorado but you're safe, you might want to consider donating blood. Bonfils Blood Center is currently in need of blood donations, and they're taking all blood types.
As time passes there will be more opportunities to assist, and odds are Jessica and her hubs Justin Timberlake will also be getting more involved. For now, please see if you might be able to help in one of these ways.
