We caught up with our fav feline philanthropist, Lil Bub to find out more about her charity work, and how she inspires her fans to be less catty.

Even with all her fame and new book out, Lil Bub is way more than just a famous furry face. After crash landing on earth, her mission became clear: to save our planet. Bub is soo happy she was adopted by her human, and wants everyone to know that they can adopt an awesome pet just like her at animal shelters! She's lending a helping paw to PETA to get the word out about animal adoption. The Bub love doesn't stop there; Bub also has her very own charity, Lil Bub's Bubbuddies!

Lil Bub has raised thousands of dollars for animal charities, and even donates a lot of her own money (from merchandizing, book deals, a movie, you know, normal cat stuff) to furry causes.

Since it's pretty much impossible not to smile when looking at all things Bub online, it's no surprise that Bub's advice for dealing with cat-ty internet folks is to just say nice things to them to make them feel better! No one is immune to the power of Bub, not even bullies.

And while she devotes most of her time to giving back, Lil Bub recently realized a personal dream, and ran for the first time since she was a kitten. Born a "perma-kitten" with several genetic mutations, Bub has become a living legend and an inspiration for everyone who wants to fight the odds in the name of helping others. Remember, as Bub says, "Being different is not only good, it's better."
