Emma Watson might have starred in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," but this girl is no Wallflower! The actress is super popular, and not just because she's talented, smart and beautiful: she's also got a great heart.
Fashion is big in the entertainment industry, as we all well know, and it's something that matters to Emma. But it also matters to her that fashion is environmentally friendly. She got the opportunity to discuss this topic while being the cover girl of The Edit. Afterward, she Tweeted a pic of the cover and let us know that the story on her also had an eco flair:

Emma is really involved with the Green Carpet Challenge, which is all about "sustainable style." Creative Director and Green Carpet Challenge founder Livia Firth (who, BTW, is the wife of actor Colin Firth), went to five designers and requested them to make sustainably produced dresses. And it wasn't difficult to figure out the perf model for them!
Emma was chosen not just because she looks great in dresses, but also because she's been adamant about her environmental work. You might recall before that Emma helped raise money for Global Green USA by posing for the book "Natural Beauty." However, instead of wearing sustainable dresses, there she was wearing, uh, a little less. But whatever she's wearing (or perhaps not wearing) it seems Emma has the environment in mind! Is it any wonder this girl was so perfect for winning MTV's Trailblazer Award?
