Yesterday, Future was reportedly suing Drake for $1.5 million after Drizzy kicked the Atlanta rapper off of his tour. When we contacted Drake to find out why he gave Future the boot, he simply said, "'Cause he's a bad boy and he knows it." J/K!
Today, the boys are back in business, proving that not all Hollywood feuds have to come down to legal battles and Twitter wars. (I bet you think this post is about you, Kanye West.) Props to you, Driz' and Fut'. We always knew you were not about that ish. Here's why:
+ Drake Wants You To Be "Successful"
Drake dropped out of high school years ago to pursue a career in entertainment, but recently made the decision to go back and Get Schooled. "Y.O.L.O." is the motto, after all, and you may as well seize every educational opportunity you've got — especially considering 61 million children around the world don't get to go to school. "97% on my final exam. 88% in the course," Tweeted Drake after passing the test for his G.E.D. "One of the greatest feelings in my entire life. As of tonight I have graduated high school!"
+ Future Thinks "You Deserve It"
Speaking of success, Future's song "You Deserve It" is all about working hard for whatever it is you want in life. "You water a seed too long and it'll grow," he raps. "You stay down and grind for long and it's gonna show." Whether you're working towards an artistic, academic, athletic or any other goal, take Future's advice about hard work and determination.
