America may not have a royal family, but we do have the Kardashians!  Whether you love them or not, you'll appreciate this: They're on a mission to find a bone marrow match for Kim's Kousin, Cici! Back in February, Kim revealed on her personal blog about this difficult journey her cousin was up against.

Kim wrote, "This is difficult for me to write, but we really need your help. My cousin, Cici, has been battling cancer for 17 years. She's been going through chemo for such a long time, but now the cancer is not responding to the chemo and she needs a bone marrow stem cell transplant. This necessary procedure would hopefully give our Cici many more years to live!"

Fast forward to this month and the search is still ongoing! Kim and Kris decided to take matters into their own hands and make a Keek of them swabbing their own mouths to check for a possible bone marrow match. You might be asking, Why is it this hard to find a match? Well, the Kardashian's are Armenian, thus, limits the potential for finding a match!

In the Keek, Kim demonstrates just how easy it is to help those in need. With 10 quick swabs of the inside of the cheek she was done in a matter of seconds! The Kardashian Krew is now calling on all Armenians out there to try and help by registering on the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor site.

Along with the Keek, Kim took to her Instagram where she posted this photo with the caption: Please help my cousin @cicibussey & many others in her situation. Be a donor, save a life! #ABMDR

I wonder if this will play out on their show at all? The brand new season up "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" already has me hooked with their dra-ma filled family! Donating bone marrow DEF sounds like a scary process, but it's actually a pretty basic procedure like donating blood.
