Recently immigration reform has been big news, especially with eight senators stepping forth with their plans for reform and President Obama giving a speech on the issue. Kat DeLuna has been keeping up with breaking news, and she's pumped up about being part of the reform.
The singer Tweeted:
#ImReadyVL for real #immigration reform! Are you? Join me & @votolatino in making a change towards reform votolatino.org/imready

Voto Latino is chaired by Rosario Dawson, and it's all about getting Latinos voting and involved in the political process. Now Voto Latino (and Kat!) want to see that something is done about immigration reform, and it's not just something talked about and debated.
Kat's link takes you to place where you can sign on with other Voto Latino supporters and say that you're ready for comprehensive immigration reform. You just need to put in your email and zip code (and your cell if you'd like, but that's optional). After that, Voto Latino will update you on breaking news having to do with immigration reform. It will also give you ideas and suggestions for you to push for reform. You can even check out the map below the signup to see where people are signing up to be part of this campaign.
Talk of immigration has been going on for a long time, with many people calling for reform, though there are some disagreements on what that reform should look like. Do you want to join forces with Voto Latino to see a change in how this country handles immigration? What do you think needs to be done? Viva open discussion and dialogue!
