Deena Cortese knows a thing or two about reality shows from being on "Jersey Shore" (and she hopes to get on "Dancing with the Stars"!). Now the meatball is taking part in "The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS," a night of reality stars and fashion that's raising money to fight AIDS.

Spread the word, gurl! Deena Tweeted about this more than once, so you know she wants to make sure this runway gets some serious donations. The event is happening February 9 in New York City, and Lil Kim, Janice Dickinson and others will be strutting their stuff down the runway. A portion of the proceeds will go towards fighting AIDS, and the tix run at $200 for standing room and $300 for priority seating.
Don't live near New York City or don't have a few hundred dollars burning a hole in your pocket? We feel you. If you can't make it to see Deena IRL, here are five easy ways you can still to make a diff in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Things like getting yourself tested and educating yourself on prevention go a long way. You could also get involved with RED, which is dedicated to making an AIDS-free generation. If you're negative and would like to get a better understanding of what it's like to live with HIV, you can check out MTV's "I'm Positive." Learn more about the reality of HIV/AIDS, and then do what you can to make an HIV/AIDS-free world a possibility!
