The world could always use a little more kindness, doncha think? That's why there's the Kind Campaign, which specializes in kindness and anti-bullying efforts involving girls. And Julianne Hough is happy to be part of it!

And here's the cute pic that Julianne Instagrammed. (Instagram)
We love the pic and the message on her Instagram!
The Kindness Campaign is a bunch of things in one: a movement, a documentary, and a school program. It got started four years ago when Pepperdine students Lauren Parsekian and Molly Thompson wanted to tackle the problem of girl-on-girl bullying. So they made a doc about the issue, and founded their own nonprofit.
Julianne suggests you follow the Kind Campaign on Twitter, but there are def other ways to get involved! You can join or start a Kind Club, or hold a screening of the doc. Maybe you said something to another girl that you regret -- the Kind Campaign encourages you to give an apology to make up for bad feelings and spread some love. If you want, you could also share your experience being bullied so that you can get it off your chest and know you're in a supportive community. On top of that, you can take a pledge that you're all about kindness and that bullying is a big no-no.
It's not hard to see why Julianne loves this so much. With her and the Kindness Campaign, you can create (yeah, I'm going to say it) a safe haven in this world!
