Nabbing an Oscar nod might call for plenty of celebration, but Anne Hathaway and Bradley Cooper are already setting their sights onto their next big projects in today's Casting Call.

Since one can never have too much Shakespeare—especially in Hollywood—it shouldn't come as too much a surprise that a modern-day retelling of "The Taming of the Shrew" is currently in the brewing stages. And now, Hathaway is reportedly set to headline the film. This wouldn't be Hathaway's first attempt to take on the Bard's complex language. Back in 2009, she played Viola in Shakespeare in the Park's production of "Twelfth Night."

The play itself has already been "retold" by the way of '90s high-school cult movie "10 Things I Hate About You." The forthcoming interpretation, however, should prove to be grown-up fare, since Abi Morgan, who also wrote "The Iron Lady" and "Shame" is on board to pen the script.

Similarly, Bradley Cooper, who just nabbed his first-ever Oscar nod for "Silver Linings Playbook," is also about to make his next big move. And this time, it might be a WWI-set spy thriller. Deadline reports that the actor is Warner Bros.' choice star for a film adaptation of Howard Blum's forthcoming book "Dark Invasion." Cooper, who's also in line to produce the film, will play an NYPD police captain who's on mission to bring German spies in the US to justice.
