Justin Bieber recently added a roman numeral tattoo to his growing collection of ink, and while nobody seems to know what the f%$# it means, we have totally figured it out. You can't evade us, Biebz! And while we're at it, allow us to explain the meanings behind a few of his other interesting tats…sort of.
+ Roman Numerals

Justin's latest tat is of the roman numerals I, IX, VII and V (1, 9, 7, and 5). Obvioooously because he's passionate about world peace, and knows 1975 was the last year of the Vietnam War. + "Believe"

Justin's "Believe" tattoo is pretty obviously the title of his third studio album, but what else does Justin believe in? It was probably only a few years ago he still believed in Santa Claus, but that can't be it! Since he's a big spokesperson for Pencils of Promise, let's just assume he got the tat because he believes in bringing quality education to kids around the world.
+ A Bird

Justin's bird on the hip tattoo is totally a bald Eagle, representative of his love for the Americas and designed to encourage his young lustful fans to vote. Every time he lifts his shirt up, it hypnotizes them into caring about politics more than they care about his breakup with Selena. Oooor maybe it's just a seagull?
+ Native American

JB's Native American tat is really just the logo of a Canadian ice hockey team based in Stratford, Ontario, but if you ask me, it also looks a lot like Chief Joseph. Chief Joseph was a humanitarian and peacemaker known for his valiant efforts to keep his Oregon tribe from moving onto a reservation in Idaho.
