The newest clip from "Paranormal Activity 4" arrived today to yet again remind us that you should never, ever trust that creepy neighbor kid from across the street. He'll probably sneak out of bed in the middle of the night and make you levitate.

"Paranormal Activity 4" is the newest film in the series of ultra-low-budget, ultra-successful found footage scream fests. For the fourth go-around, the action moves back to the present and focuses on a new family of lead characters.

When the across-the-street neighbor suffers an accident, her young boy is sent to live with the main characters.
