Leora Friedman non-profit, Music is Medicine, created its Donate a Song program in 2011 to pair musicians with pediatric cancer patients, and one of the newest songs to come out of the program is proving to be just as "Unsinkable" as it is heart-warming.

When she's not walking the red carpet with Darren Criss, Princeton student Leora is using music to help make a difference in the lives of young cancer patients.

The non-profit invited singer/songwriters Sam Tsui and Elle Winter to team up with Cindy, a 16-year-old cancer patient at The Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital. After meeting with Cindy, the duo was inspired to pen "Unsinkable," an inspiring pop song you have to hear.

Cindy isn't the only teen to have a song written for her through the Donate a Song program. Music is Medicine also matched rising country star Maggie Sajak, daughter of "Wheel of Fortune" host Pat Sajak, with 16-year-old Muriel. The teen, who is battling cancer at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, inspired Sajak to write a sweet acoustic tune called "Live Out Loud."

If you want to help support the cause, you can buy "Unsinkable" and "Live Out Loud" on iTunes. All proceeds will benefit pediatric oncology research at The Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital and The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
