On Saturday, both Alicia Keys and John Mayer gave performances of a lifetime when they performed at the second annual Global Citizen Festival. And both were so stoked about the epic show that they shared pics afterwards!
The concert was all about spreading awareness and raising money to end extreme poverty by the year 2030. Like last year, they easily got 60,000 attendees to watch live at Central Park, and even more people were able to watch the livestream.
Alicia Tweeted out a link that talked about this day and also shared a pic. She said, "Today is such a powerful day -- symbolic of the way we can really do something to make the world closer to the way we want it. So many times it feels like we are stuck and don't have any control over the world. Poverty is an injustice against our Global family. It denies people the basic right to necessities like food, clean water, health care, an education."
And she looks glamorous in the pic she shared!

John Mayer, meanwhile, shared a totes awesome pic of him rocking out. He captioned it as being an "amazing night," and no one doubts him about that!

Besides Alicia and John, there were also performances by Stevie Wonder and Kings of Leon, and Janelle Monae, Will.I.Am and Gerard Butler took part. Central Park was full of stars, but it was also full of an important mission to help the world. As global citizens, what do you think we can get accomplished by 2030?
