"Mr. Monteith, was my English teacher," says Justin. "He would let me bring my guitar in and sing for the class, and I remember him being supportive of my dreams." JB also shared with USA Today solid advice that his teacher gave him: "No matter how overwhelming things can be, you can get through...have faith in yourself and you'll be surprised how much you can accomplish."
On tonight's special Justin along with Miley Cyrus, Pitbull, Jason Mraz, host Vanessa Williams, and many other celebs will come together to honor the makers of the only A-list that really matters: teachers. The special will include exclusive interviews, hometown visits, and of course, musical performances.

Teachers spend $1.33 billion of their own money on classroom supplies every year! That's why Real Change has partnered with Adopt A Classroom -- an org that pairs teachers with donors to get students the important learning tools they need.
"The goal of our show is to not only honor these teachers but to also inspire Americans to adopt a classroom and support those who are shaping the minds of tomorrow by providing the supplies that enable them to keep making a difference today," says Real Change creator Liam Murphy. "Everybody wants to feel like they're helping to make the world a better place," echoes The Biebz. "Some people just don't have the platform and they don't think that they can make a change. But real change is possible."
