Mark Wahlberg may have been revealed as the ultimate catfish in a skit at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, but IRL he uses the Internet to help people. Right now, the "Pain & Gain" actor is helping service men and women who are suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post Traumatic Stress (PTS).

His vid talks about how some wounds of war -- like missing limbs -- are visible, while others are not. Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Traumatic Stress are serious issues, but they might not be as easy to spot and diagnose. However, more than 625,000 servicemembers (that means about one out of seven) who served in Iraq or Afghanistan are grappling with TBI and PTS.

In order to help this, the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund created the National Intrepid Center of Excellence, and it's their current goal to build nine satellite centers to continue this mission. Of course this is going to cost some significant money, but if you can pitch in a few dollars our collective impact will add up. Mark might have pretended to be Rebel Wilson, but what he's talking about here is def no joke. Whether a wound is visible or not, it's still a wound, and it needs to be taken just as seriously and given the proper care and treatment.
