Ludacris wants to recognize the hard work and sacrifice servicemen and women give on a daily basis. That's why he's hooked up with C*A*M*M*O'S Mission One Voice, which focuses on thanking, helping and honoring the troops through music.

Mission One Voice knows that music can be healing, so it has therapeutic outlets involving music to help service members suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury. It also can give training to military members who would like to pursue a job within the music field. So you can def see why a musical person like Ludacris would wanna get involved!

In addition to music therapy and training, MOV holds concerts to give the troops some good times. This year Luda will be holding Mission One Voice-produced concerts to benefit both current and former members of the military. And he's not the first of our fave stars to do performances involving Mission One Voice -- in the past both Ne-Yo and Trey Songz have been involved, too.

"I look forward to the opportunity to perform for the troops and their families," the singer and actor said. "This should be a time of reflection for us to appreciate what they have done to keep us all safe and what their families have sacrificed by being separated from them."

I'd say that's a statement deserving of ludaversal acclaim!
