Who runs the world?! Girls! MTV's "Girl Code" premiered on Tuesday, and it's sure to bring the laughs as its comedienne cast covers everything from boob size, to boozing wise, to why girls always go to the bathroom in groups. (We spend 40% of our time in line, 30% looking in the mirror, 20% gossiping, 9% crying, and 1% peeing…if we pee at all.)

Humor aside, "Girl Code" is all about bringing girls together to raise each other up. Just because we're chasing after the same three Jonas Brothers doesn't mean we can't be friends! Watch the trailer, then check out our list of awesome orgs that promote good "Girl Code."

Ashley Benson's "Pretty Little Liars" character knows all about digital drama. For years, she and her friends have been bullied through texts from the mysterious A. In real life, Ashley, Willow Smith, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner promote Delete Digital Drama -- a Seventeen magazine campaign that encourages girls to stop digital drama simply by clicking 'x.' Sticks and stones may break my bones, but Tweets can be deleted!

+ She's The First

Girls account for more than 50% of the world's 143 million out-of-school youth, but She's the First wants to change that! The org helps girls in the developing world graduate from high school -- many are the first in their families to do so. Join their Run The World campaign to help raise funds to bridge the educational gap.

+ Girl Up

Girl Up is a United Nations campaign that brings American girls together to help the 600 million young women living in developing countries today. "Victorious" star Victoria Justice is all about the cause, and even released a "Girl Up" music video! Join the movement with a simple Tweet, a generous donation, or by starting a Girl Up club in your hometown.
