Princeton may be part of a band called Mindless Behavior, but he and his bandmates are pretty mindful of their health. That's why they've joined Carly Rae Jepsen, The Wanted, Austin Mahone, Bella Thorne and other celebs in a PSA to support Michelle Obama's third annual Move Your Body campaign.

The PSA is supported by the WAT-AAH! Foundation, which is also supporting a massive flash workout on May 1, where 250,000 kids will be dancing to Beyoncé's get-up-and-dance song, "Move Your Body." We got on the phone with Princeton (Jeals!?) to talk about moving bodies, why hummus rules the world and which songs get him going in the gym.

ACT: Why did you want to get involved in the Move Your Body campaign? What is it all about?
PRINCETON: Basically, I find this movement all about encouraging our peers and kids younger than us to do positive things. Before the group we weren't very active, but once we joined the group and started doing music videos and performances, we realized you need energy in your life. We do two hour shows. It's important to be healthy and be active. Once we had the opportunity to be part of this, we took it.
The campaign is all about what it says -- move your body. Stay active, be positive, things like that.
ACT: What was it like working with Carly Rae Jepsen, The Wanted and more for the new PSA? Did you guys get to kick it, or did you all film separately?
PRINCETON: We didn't see them, but we did see Justin Bieber's new artist. She's really cool, really nice. Madison Beer. We were filming separately.
ACT: Is there a healthy snack you're a fan of like edamame?
PRINCETON: I really like hummus. Yeah, my mom always gives me carrots and hummus, but I can eat hummus with pretty much anything in the world. I don't know why. It's the best.
ACT: How do you and the boys in the band stay fit, besides dancing and performing?
PRINCETON: Well, a lot of people think to stay healthy you have to eat healthy. That is part of it, but another part of being healthy is a lot of sleep. You know, being on the road, we don't get a lot of sleep, because we have school, we have performances. But as long as we get at least eight hours of sleep, then we're good for the day. It gives us good energy.
ACT: What's on your "Move Your Body" playlist? Which songs get you going in the gym?
PRINCETON: I love the new Rihanna album. I listen to the new Rihanna album...and Mindless Behavior, of course. And Beyoncé.
