MTV News hasn't been exactly coy about our affection for "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" and everything having to do with Stephen Chbosky's adaptation of his beloved book. We visited the set, spoke with the cast, and put the movie high on our Best of 2012 list.

Now that "Perks" is hitting video next week, all of our feeling are rushing back. Thankfully, MTV News has an exclusive clip from the Blu-ray and DVD.

The deleted scene restores a subplot that appeared in the book. Charlie's sister, Candace, finds herself, once again, in bad situation thanks to her deadbeat boyfriend, and her bro is there to comfort her and be nice.

"The Perks of Being a Wallflower" hits Blu-ray and DVD on February 12.
