Break out the fab performances, fierce fashion, because 2013's Grammys weekend has officially arrived! These nominees can win big this year, but lets get real, they've won in other ways already. From Frank Ocean's honesty with his sexuality to Carly Rae's new Seventeen Mag cover, plenty of nominees are already winners in our book. Here's who!
+ Best Presidential Pop Vocal Performance
Move over Adele, the Grammy for "Record of the Year" may just go to Kelly Clarkson. Whether she wins or not, we seriously have to give her props for always using her platform for good. Whether it's preaching positive body image messages to speaking up during the election, gurlll is involved!
+ Best New Nonprofit
Grammy front-runner, fun. may already have much to celebrate this year, but the work off the stage has sure caught our attention. This band has also turned activists by rallying behind advocating for marriage equality with their freshly launched organization, The Ally Coalition!
+ Most Groundbreaking Performance
Backed by the likes of Michelle Obama, Frank Ocean no doubt has a very good chance of taking many Grammys home on Sunday. Aside from his mesmerizing good looks and incredible talent, his courage to speak publicly about his sexuality will forever go down in history.
+ Most Consistently Great
Taylor Swift is pretty much a Grammy pro by now, but she is also a pro when it comes to giving back. Just like she's consistently being nominated for Grammys, she's been consistently giving back. Oh, and she's def way younger then the rest of the field. WERQUE!
+ Best New International Act
Grammy first-timer Ed Sheeran has captured the hearts of America with his hit song "The a Team," but it's his big heart that has made the us fall in love with him. Back in his home country of the UK, he has often advocated for the end of sex trafficking.
+ Best (End Hunger in our) Country Artist
Hunter Hayes, who is nominated for Best New Artist, has quite the bright future ahead of him, and we hope he continues his bad ass charity work as well! He recently advocated for child hunger by participating in Child Hunger Ends Here campaign.
+ Most Virally Infectious
Carly Rae Jepsen may of had one of the biggest hits of 2012 that stuck in our heads for days on end, but the "Call Me Maybe" singer has caught are attention again on March's Seventeen magazine where she talks all things confidence -- a perfect message to go viral, too, no?
+ Best Green Artist
Miguel is up for five Grammys including Best Abs Song of the Year for his song "Adorn", but we feel he should also be acknowledged for his concern for the disappearing ozone "not necessarily for the United States, but for the livelihood of humanity," he told us.
+ Best New Look
Let's be honest, we could stare at Grammy nominee Usher perform all day. The boy can sing, dance but also gives back like no other through his foundation, Usher's New Look. Can you say perfection?
+ Best Live Act
The Black Keys are up for Best Album of the Year. The band sold concert tickets the supported mental health services in their hometown, and also performed alongside the Foo Fighters at Global Citizen Festival last year.
