She was the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl for the second year in a row. She's graced the covers of Vogue, Elle, and this month's Vanity Fair. It comes as no surprise that Kate Upton just nabbed the 2013 Model of the Year trophy at the 10th Annual Style Awards in NYC. But she's more than just a hot chick in a bikini.

Kate was recently spotted in Brooklyn's Fort Green Park, at a charity event for STOKED with pro skateboarder Chaz Ortiz. They met with kids and even raked leaves. STOKED's mission is to "promote personal development, academic achievement, and healthy living to under-served youth through action sports culture." The org gives inner city youth the opportunity to get outside and adventure, while learning about teamwork, determination, and openness.

Cantor Fitzgerald suffered a greater loss of life than any other company on September 11 -- they lost 658 of 960 employees.Through the years, the company continues to pay it forward and celebs like Kate like to lend a helping hand.
