New York Fashion Week is officially underway! As the worlds most fabulous designers come together to reveal their latest designs, Hollywood's A-List also step out to sit front row. As we began to sift through NYFW photos, we realized four of our FAVE eco-friendly babes are all attending!
Not only are Nicole Richie, Jessica Alba, Ariana Grande and Kerry Washington some of the most fashionable ladies in the biz, but each embrace the 'green' lifestyle that is worth talking about. As they parade around NYC attending these fancy events, we wanted to give them an applause! *Cue Gaga*
+ Nicole Richie
There are prob about 1,00,031 reasons why I love Nicole. Have you all watched Candidly Nicole yet? I die. The fabulous designer also tries to live an eco-friendly life, which we are all about. She opened up to E! revealing, "I would say that we are a pretty green family. I recycle; we unplug everything in the house when we go to sleep. [We're] definitely conscious." Can we be BFF's already, Nicole?

The ALWAYS fashionable Jessica Alba has been spotted out and about this week during Fashion Week, and we can't help but obsess over her eclectic fashion sense. If we could deem a celeb the eco-friendly Queen of Hollywood, the award would def go to Alba! After launching The Honest Company, she has created a global discussion on eco-friendly products! Along with eco-friendly baby products, the actress was spotted back in April rockin' some eco-friendly jeans! Isn't she just the cutest?
+ Ariana Grande
Ariana has much to celebrate these days. With a new album that has got ERRRbody talking, to a VMA pre-show performance that proved she is a Mariah Carey mini. The starlet even just opened Fashion Week by performing to a jam packed crowd. At a young age, the singer is even educating her fans on the importance of going green. Last year, she along with her Victorious cast helped build an eco-friendly campus! From compost bins, to recycling bins, the cast lent their support in creating a more green school!
+ Kerry Washington
Whenever Kerry hits a red carpet, she blows me away with her fashion. The actress is currently at NYFW, and I can't wait to see the fashion she chooses to rock. Like the three other celebs, Kerry has shifted to a more eco-friendly lifestyle. In 2009, Kerry did a complete makeover to her apartment, and made sure it was all eco-friendly.
