The *NSYNC reunion and LGBTQ rights were two big parts of the 2013 Video Music Awards. So why not have a Sweet Tweet that incorporates both?!
*NSYNC has recently joined Twitter, and the guys Tweeted:

Okay, so it's hard not to freak out in joy over the *NSYNC reunion (it had people crying buckets and becoming ten again, after all). Their time on stage might have been brief, but it tore open the hearts of fans who have been waiting years for this.
You know what else gets to our hearts? Hearing words of equality. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis won Best Video With a Social Message with the pro-equality "Same Love" and Macklemore said, "Gay rights are human rights; there is no separation."
Jason Collins, the first openly gay player in the NBA, also spoke at the Video Music Awards. Normally the VMAs are more about music and celebs than athletes, but this man is so inspiring he had to be there. "I knew that hating someone for their sexual orientation is the same thing as hating them for the color of their skin," Jason said. "And the only way things change is when you stand up for what you believe in."
*NSYNC's Lance Bass is also outspoken on LGBTQ rights, so it's awesome to see him and fellow *NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick hanging with Jason backstage at the VMAs. And we're so glad it got shared on the (new!) *NSYNC Twitter account! Together, we can all say "Bye Bye Bye" to intolerance of all kinds.
