If you watched the Video Music Awards last night, you know a lot goes on behind the scenes to make a night like that happen, especially if you're a star who needs to get ready. But how do you relax before all the glamour begins? If it was up to Awkward's Molly Tarlov, there would be mandatory puppy play time for everyone.

On Awkward, Tarlov plays Sadie who sends chills down our spine with her two word catchphrase, "You're welcome." In real life, the actress is all about spreading the love, and before yesterday's awards show, she focused her attention on some gorgeous four-legged friends. We can't think of a better way to unwind before a big event than to pal around with some puppies!

When you look at the pictures she posted to Instagram, it's hard not to fall in puppy love with those furry friends. Looking at Tarlov's posts reminded us of how important it is that all animals find a forever home. If you're looking for a new best friend, make sure you adopt from a local shelter or respected rescue organization. Taking home a new BFF is already an amazing experience, but knowing that you saved his or her life? There's really nothing better.
