Many said Ashton Kutcher bit off more (of the Apple) than he could chew when he signed on to play Mac creator Steve Jobs in the upcoming biopic "Jobs," but Open Road Films' newly released 15-second Instagram trailer says otherwise.
"Here's to the crazy ones," Kutcher says, quoting Jobs, in the first-of-its-kind movie preview. "The misfits. The rebels. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do." While Jobs devoted his life to building the digital world, Ashton is devoted to making sure the iStreets stay a safe and entertaining place for everyone. Peep the trailer, then check out how Ashton is honoring Jobs' memory the right way.
Ashton Kutcher may not have invented the Apple computer, but he's doing a pretty damn good job at life. For starters, he's dating Mila Kunis. He's also on great terms with his ex-wife, Demi Moore -- which is impressive as is, but even more impressive is the fact that they continue to work on their joint foundation, THORN: Digital Defenders of Children together. THORN aims to "disrupt and deflate the predatory behavior of those who abuse and traffic children, solicit sex with children, or create and share child pornography," and has partnered with Facebook, Google, and Twitter to do so.
"For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combating child sex trafficking," Moore and Kutcher said in a joint statement. "It has become crystal clear in our efforts that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall. We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment."
