So what's the occasion? In case you haven't heard, this Saturday is World AIDS Day. We will be honoring the day by going red on-air and online, and premiering an incredible new one-hour special, "I'm Positive," at 7/6c on MTV. The documentary explores what it means to be young and HIV positive in America today by following the lives of Kelly, Otis and Stephanie, three young Americans living with HIV in 2012.
2012 marks the 31st year of HIV/AIDS. We are the first generation that has never known a world without HIV/AIDs, but can be the first to see it end. Even if your life isn't directly impacted by HIV/AIDs, you can still do your part.
