Kelly Clarkson has been nominated for Best Video with a Social Message at the 2013 Video Music Awards, and she often uses Twitter to spread more social messages. Recently she visited the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and she shared a picture from it.
Kelly Tweeted:
Had such a great time visiting the kids at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia today!… http://t.co/YA3xIfRZLV

If you check out the pic, you can see the words "Ryan Seacrest Foundation" in the background. Looks like the very first "American Idol" and Ryan still K.I.T.! Ryan's foundation makes broadcast media centers in hospitals so that the kids there can get creative through television, radio and other media. It's meant to brighten their days during treatment.

This isn't the first time Kelly has made a point to help young people in treatment feel better. After patients and staff at the Seattle Children's Hospital made a video to her song "Stronger," Kelly sent a special message to them, thanking them for their beautiful video.
But you don't have to be a big VMA-nominated celeb to help out at a children's hospital. You can always go visit kids there, or you can donate toys or gifts. You can even volunteer for the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.
Getting back to Kelly, we can't tell you who's going to win the Best Video with a Social Message award (because it's up to YOU and YOUR VOTES!). But we can say for certain that Kelly's a winner for all the good deeds she does!
