To deliver an e-card to your father, simply upload a photo, select a message (or write your own), and send! Aside from helping you with Father's Day swag, the organization has been working to say NO MORE to domestic violence and sexual assault since 2009. One in four women experience domestic violence, and one in five men will be sexually victimized in their lifetimes. And this isn't just an adult epidemic. 1.5 million teens are physically abused by a dating partner every year. Much like the pink breast cancer ribbon and  yellow ribbon to support our troops, NO MORE's blue and white circular symbol is the first of its kind to spread awareness for this cause. It's the org's hope to someday become a universal symbol of caring, and to help end the stigma, shame, and silence surrounding such a serious issue.

To join the NO MORE movement, talk about it, Tweet about it, and upload your photo to their photo gallery with words of encouragement, or -- if you feel comfortable -- a personal survival story.
