If you like Jordin Sparks, helping others, and empowering developing countries through education, then you'll probably "like" this Facebook page.
The American Idol alum recorded the video below to support one of her favorite non-profits, Pencils of Promise (PoP). The non-profit has teamed up with creative "workstyle" company Poppin to build schools in the developing world. In the video, Sparks talks about how simple it is to get involved: "Together, one like at a time, we can help Pencils of Promise and Poppin reach their goal of building four new schools in 2013."
As the PoPstar says, all you have to do is "like" Poppin's Facebook page and an extra $1 will be contributed to the building of a new school. One like equals one dollar, so what are you waiting for?! And if you need another reason to lend your "like" to the campaign, look no further. You can submit your email address to be entered to win a limited edition Poppin notebook autographed by the singer! Right now, the page has just over 7,000 likes. Every 25,000 likes builds one school in the developing world, so make sure you share the campaign with your friends. Let's help Poppin get to 100,000 likes by April 30!
