Gavin DeGraw is baaaack! It's been a while since we've seen the 36-year-old singer-songwriter, but he recently resurfaced in the sweetest way.

After meeting a disabled homeless man in Beverly Hills, Gavin hit up an ATM to get him some cash. Luckily, a photographer was there to capture a series of pics that are guaranteed to make your Monday "Sweeter." There must be something in the water…or, rather, the fancy champagne, 'cause Britney Spears did the same thing just last month!

There are approximately 1.7 million homeless teens in the U.S., and you don't have to be a celebrity to help them! In fact, there are many free ways to take action. Volunteer at a local soup kitchen (Google "soup kitchen + your town name"), hold a community canned goods drive, or do a little spring cleaning and donate your old clothes to a nearby shelter. Or, if you have extra meals on your college campus meal plan, ditch the end-of-semester feast and donate them to Swipes for the Homeless to make Gavin and Britney proud!
