If you haven't tuned in to ABC Family's "Pretty Little Liars" yet, you're probably experiencing a severe case of FOMO. The show is consistently lauded as one of television's most social hours, and show runner I. Marlene King's directorial debut was no exception. The "Misery"-inspired episode this week featured major tweet-worthy moments: from a shocking "A" confrontation to a cray mistress who went even further off the deep end.
Over the past few years, we've watched as the liars fought off digital and offline abuse from the mysterious "A." Now that we've identified two of the "A-team" members, the stakes are even higher for the girls. While we're hoping you've never had to go head-to-head with someone as duplicitous as Toby or as manipulative as Mona, here's how we would coach our favorite Rosewood residents through their recent drama.
+ Spencer & Toby aka "Spoby" Split

In Rosewood: Spencer Hastings (played by Troian Bellisario) might be known for being the brains of the group and possessing a razor-sharp wit, but even she couldn't have worked out all that her anniversary dinner had in store for her: she came face-to-face with boyfriend Toby Cavanaugh decked out in his "A-team" garb, black hoodie and all. Turns out, the love of her life has been behind those texts, emails and offline abuse she's endured. Guess that lasagna is going to waste now.
In real life: You're starting to question if you're in a healthy relationship, but you don't know where to turn. He/she might not be sending you texts from "A," but something's not right here.
What to do? First things first, learn the basics of a healthy relationship. Once you're clear on that, head over to Love is Respect's page on abuse here. If you think you're in a situation that's unsafe or unhealthy, click here for resources on how to get help.
+ Hanna Gets Punk'd By "A"

In Rosewood: Hanna Marin (played by Ashley Benson), the most on-trend of the liars, is thrilled when she scores an interview with a dream designer. After learning it was all an elaborate setup by "A," Hanna receives a threatening text message from her anonymous tormentor. She wasted a fly outfit and all she has to show for it is a chilling SMS.
In real life: You're facing harassment through texts or online.

Remember, just because you're glued to your TV every Tuesday night doesn't mean you have to put up with abuse or harassment in your everyday life. Leave the drama in Rosewood where it belongs.
