Usually, in selecting your profile photo for Facebook, you go with the latest one in which your tan and pouf showed well. Or maybe you got a good photo of your "Teen Wolf" pal's reaction after you done punk'd him. Or maybe, like us, you crowd-source "Photos of Action" from youth around the globe to spotlight on your Facebook profile! Want yours to be next? Here's how to submit.
Several times a month (at least twice, but no more than once a week) we'll update our Facebook timeline cover photo with one of YOUR photos -- a "Photo of Action." Just like we celebrate stories of action daily on MTV Act! It can be of your local youth organization cleaning up a local park; a photo of Fido, the family dog you adopted from the local shelter, catching his first frisbee; or original art aiming to spread a positive message. Whatever "taking action" means to you!
To submit a photo: email your photo to act(at)mtv.com with subject "Photo of Action". In the body, include your name and a short description of the action going on in the photo. Make sure the photo is big enough -- more details on size can be found on this Facebook help page. It's that easy!

We'll reply to your email of at any point we'd like to feature it. In addition to your photo on our page, we'll send you an MTV Act shirt and include a shout out on our page! For full details, visit act.mtv.com/photos-of-action. Can't wait to see what you've got!
